If a Noble Xi item is defective or faulty, you can rely on the legal guarantee. Legal guarantee means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. A defective or faulty product that is caused by a manufacturing error is covered by our guarantee. We will therefore always handle this and immediately offer a suitable solution. To qualify for the guarantee, you must be in possession of a proof of purchase, also known as a guarantee certificate.
